About the Artist
My passion has always been the game of Polo and the game has been good to me. As a semi professional Polo Player the game has taken me to the most exotic places.
In my travels the things that interested me most were the Architecture, Culture and Food. This is how I started my collection of Tribal and Primitive Art. After years of travel my collection grew too big for my Condominium in Makati so I decided it was time to transfer to a new venue. Now my collection is displayed in my Calatagan Batangas Home which I built around my favorite pieces.
"
Cortijo del Charro" (House of the Horseman) is what I named my new home, has been featured in an Architectural Book and countless magazines and dailies. My guests have asked me many times where I get some of the pieces in my collection at the Cortijo and I tell them that I make them myself. Offers to buy have been made on many of my creations and that encourages me though reluctantly to offer my brand of art to the others. I know that there are many people who enjoy this kind of art just like I do.
